Socks look amazing!! Only ordered one pair to wait and see what they would look like. They look every bit as good as the ads and pictures online if not better when you see them in person. Also spoke to the support team a couple of times and they were super quick to respond. Thanks DivvyUp!!

Purchased 3 three pair, one for each of our pups for my husband’s birthday. The order process is so easy, even if your tech challenged. ???? They arrived way ahead of schedule and I was blown away by the quality and clarity of the pix. Seriously I nearly gave them to him a week ahead of time I was so excited. Two of our pups have gone to heaven so I knew these would mean even more.

Wow! Remarkable job! Probably the best customer service experience of any company ever. Clear, courteous, and accommodating communication from Rosey. The design team listened to my input and, despite being given a quick turnaround time, produced a wonderful pair of custom socks. (By the way, I submitted my own hand drawn images which they incorporated onto the socks. Super cool.)

Beautiful product! Our first order got lost in the mail. Rosey was super helpful and very prompt with any correspondence. I was given many options to fix the problem. Very happy with the outcome! The socks were reordered for me and arrived quickly. Great company!

That’s My Buddy is a wonderful company! I did not receive my delivery (which probably was not their fault) and they immediately made me a new mask at no charge. The masks are adorable and their customer service was excellent. I will be a loyal customer.

I've been ordering from DivvyUp since 2019 and this year the USPS and its tracking tool sent faulty information. I emailed a request for help to DivvyUp on December 20 and they rushed through a duplicate order and FedEx'd it to me: it was in my hands on December 23. They handled this quickly and generously, with a personal touch. That matters a lot, but most important: the socks are GREAT.

Customer Service was awesome...Rosie Ty for your patience and quick response. I placed two orders: one two weeks b4 Xmas and we received them very fast I was surprised. The second order I knew would b received after Xmas but not too much after, were received with great reviews. This company was great!!! So adorable, good quality socks, and most importantly my adult children loved them. The taco socks were extra special. Thank you.
